BOH FPU Systems proudly offers the most proactive and comprehensive customer service in the industry. We strive to provide face-to-face customer service and we value relationships with our customers. From the first contact, to years after the product is delivered, we stand ready to support and serve our customers.

CSM Team

The BOH Customer Service Manager (CSM) team consists of US Military Veterans of the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps who continue to proudly serve the US Military Forces. As a team, we cover all facets of logistics to include air, land and sea shipment/movement. We bring significant value in logistics from supply through maintenance.

No-Cost, No Obligation Survey

Where possible, BOH logisticians provide prospective customers with an on-site, no-cost, no-obligation survey. We examine container and storage requirements, mission, deployment concept and assets to develop a proposal of FPU configurations that lower costs and reduce logistical footprint to the fullest extent. Our survey results provide the customer with a written assessment of requirements in the form of a concept paper, product roll up and detailed product configuration.

Constant Communication

Beginning with first contact, BOH will keep an open line of communication with customers to provide support during acquisition, real-time delivery status updates, shipping information, product user support and beyond.

No-Cost Post Delivery Support

Following delivery, BOH offers hands on Product Implementation Training and assistance where possible. Additionally, our customer service team provides assistance with user manuals, repair parts and other product related questions.
